As a Team Lead, you will create and lead a team to develop, launch, and manage a variety of scalable events from A to Z. You will be responsible for the team’s P&L, team development, development of local connections in the industry, and represent Fever across all cities you manage. You will work with Marketing and Operations to define the regional growth strategy, negotiate business deals, and ensure sales performance, customer excellence, and operational quality.
Project management/startup or consulting background (5y+ experience). 1-2 years of people management experience. MBA from top-tier school preferred. Fluent English and French, other languages a plus. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Solution-focused, entrepreneurial spirit. Experience managing complex projects. Strong communication and networking skills.
